Brady says awarded a contract by Ireland’s Gaelectric Trading and Market Services for its I-SEM cloud solution product

The AIM-listed firm said the contract will see it support GTAMS’ electricity trading and management needs and provide energy logistics support in Ireland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Brady Plc (LON:BRY) announced today that it has been awarded a contract by Gaelectric Trading and Market Services Limited (GTAMS), one of Ireland’s leading energy trading and market services providers, for its I-SEM (Integrated Single Electricity Market ) Cloud solution product.

The AIM-listed firm – a global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, commodities, and recycling sectors – said the contract will see it support GTAMS’ electricity trading and management needs and provide energy logistics support in Ireland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Ian Jenks, Brady’s  chairman commented: ” We are very excited to be collaborating with the (GTAMS) team as it seeks to address the challenges that the introduction of I-SEM in the all-Ireland market poses and focus on the new market opportunities that this will bring.”

He added: “We have been supporting energy trading and operations across Europe for the past three decades and our market knowledge can only benefit GTAMS as it seeks to grow its energy trading activities.”

No financial details of the contract were revealed.
